We opened Heath Health Foods back in 2006 because we had personal life challenges that drove us to look into alternative medicine. We understood that there was a place for modern medicine but at the same time knew there was something more.
An integrated approach was needed
for optimal benefits and results.
It became our mission to provide a resource that made a difference in people’s lives and where we could share information that would empower individuals to take back control of their bodies and health.
